What exactly is surface pattern design?
Surface pattern design is the art of creating repeating designs or motifs that can be applied to any surface fabrics, wallpapers, packaging, stationery, home décor, and more. It’s how everyday products get their unique look and personality.
What services do you provide?
I design custom patterns for fabrics, wallpapers, packaging, and stationery. Along with that, I also offer moodboards, color palette development, full print collections, and mockups to help you visualize how the design will look on your products.
Do you create custom prints?
Yes! Custom prints are my specialty. I work closely with you to understand your brand vibe, inspirations, and goals, then design a unique collection tailored just for you.
Can I license your existing designs?
Absolutely. I have a library of ready-to-license prints. This is a faster option if you need beautiful, professional designs without going through the custom process.
What is your design process like?
My process usually starts with a moodboard and color direction, followed by sketching motifs and building them into patterns. From there, I refine, digitize, and create repeat-ready files. You’ll see previews and mockups along the way so we can make sure the prints align perfectly with your brand.
Who do you usually work with?
I work with fashion brands, home décor labels, stationery and packaging companies, as well as entrepreneurs launching their own collections. Basically—if your product needs a pattern, I can help you design it!
How long does a project take?
It depends on the complexity and scope. A single custom print may take 1–2 weeks, while a full collection can take 4–6 weeks. I always share a timeline upfront so you know exactly what to expect.
What file formats will I receive?
You’ll receive production-ready files (usually in AI, PSD, TIFF, or JPEG formats) based on what your manufacturer needs. I also provide mockups so you can see the design in action.
What makes your designs different?
My patterns are rooted in storytelling. I blend inspirations from nature, culture, and architecture into cohesive designs that not only look good but also create emotional connections with your customers.
How do I get started?
Just drop me a message through my contact page! We’ll schedule a free consultation to discuss your vision, your brand needs, and how we can turn that into a print collection that stands out.
What software do you use ?
Procreate and Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
